NYSE Arca Options migration is scheduled to begin on February 7, 2022, pending regulatory approval. The symbol migration will take effect in five tranches which will span three weeks. View the the symbol migration plan.
NYSE Pillar, including Trade Ops Portal (TOP), is available for weekday testing using test symbols. Additionally, multiple weekend opportunities for Production testing with non-test symbols will be offered leading up to the migration. Weekend testing opportunities include:

NYSE Pillar TOP replaces UTP client portals GEMS and CMT and offers the ability to access all NYSE Pillar exchanges from one single portal and login. Using TOP, Participants can perform a variety of tasks including: i) view executed trade details; ii) review inventory of Pillar order entry and drop copy sessions; iii) configure Pre-Trade and Activity-Based Risk Controls; iv) allocate Open Outcry trades; v) apply post-trade clearing changes.

Legacy UTP client reports will be decommissioned with the migration to NYSE Pillar.
New NYSE Arca Options Pillar reports will be made available via the NYSE Managed File Transfer (MFT) protocol. Participants wishing to continue to receive reports must establish an MFT account by submit an NYSE Pillar Options MFT Request Form to [email protected] indicating new report subscriptions. Reports are offered as part of Production Weekend testing. Additionally, report specifications and sample reports with are available upon request. Contact your NYSE Relationship Manager at [email protected] for a list of how current reports will be replaced with the migration.
Basic functional certification with Technology Member Services (“TMS”) is required in the NYSE Pillar Certification environment (“Pillar Cert”) prior to being enabled onto the Production environment. Pillar Cert is: free of charge, has a dedicated TMS team to support testing Monday - Friday, and mirrors the Production environment, including Proprietary Market Data feeds and connectivity to OPRA Test Systems.
