Extended Hours Trading

In February 2025, NYSE Arca became the first established equity exchange to file and receive SEC approval to extend trading hours, paving the way for expanded access to U.S.-listed equities and funds for investors around the world. NYSE is actively collaborating with key market stakeholders to align market data, clearing, and trading infrastructure in preparation for a targeted launch in 2026.

Market Data

The SIPs have proposed to extend their own operating hours so that the SIPs’ consolidated market data feeds will be available during extended trading hours. (Proposal for Extended Operating Hours) NYSE Arca’s Proprietary Market Data will also be available.

Clearing

DTCC plans to be open for clearing during the extended trading hours. (Press Release)
