
Ed McLaughlin is the president and chief technology officer of Mastercard and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and Management Committee. He oversees the company’s technology functions, including the payments network, enterprise platforms, technology infrastructure and operations, information security and global technology hubs.
Prior to his appointment in 2016, he served as chief information officer, directing the development of Mastercard products and services. In 2010, Ed was named chief emerging payments officer, leading the development and launch of the company’s digital strategy, partnerships and platforms, and served as chief franchise officer between 2008 and 2010, where he was responsible for the Mastercard global rules, licensing, brand standards and compliance programs. Ed joined Mastercard in 2005.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Ed was group vice president, products and strategy at Metavante (now FIS) which he joined in 2002 through acquisition of Paytrust, an online payments company of which he was co-founder and CEO. Prior to co-founding Paytrust, Ed was the executive vice president of product and marketing at LogicWorks, Inc., a start-up data modeling software company that had its IPO on the NASDAQ in 1996.
Ed is on the board of directors for both Xerox and Vocalink Ltd, UK, and a member of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Council on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence. He was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame in 2024 and awarded Forbes CIO Next Award in 2023. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Fidelma Russo is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Hybrid Cloud business unit and the company's Chief Technology Officer. Her team is tasked with solving some of IT's biggest challenges, including transforming business through the power of data, modernizing AI infrastructure with a true cloud experience, and dramatically simplifying operations across hybrid cloud estates.
Fidelma's organization is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and execution of HPE Hybrid Cloud products and services, including HPE GreenLake cloud and HPE GreenLake Flex Solutions, HPE Storage, private cloud, and SaaS solutions. As CTO, Fidelma accelerates the creation of HPE's innovation pipeline through the capabilities and services of the Office of the CTO, including Hewlett Packard Labs.
In 2021, Fidelma joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as CTO, where she led the creation, development, and delivery of HPE GreenLake cloud, a central offering for all HPE's edge-to-cloud solutions and cloud services.
Fidelma is based at HPE headquarters in Houston and has more than 30 years of technology leadership spanning machine learning and analytics, global IT business services, cloud services, servers, storage, networking, backup, and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Fidelma was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Services business unit at VMware. She has held notable senior leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Iron Mountain, Senior Vice President and General Manager at EMC, Vice President of Adaptive Infrastructure at Hewlett-Packard, and Senior Vice President of Network, Storage, and Software at Sun Microsystems.
Fidelma serves on the Board of Directors for Equinix and HP International Bank. She was recognized in CRN's Top 100 Executive awards and Top 25 IT Innovators in 2023 and 2024.
Fidelma has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from University College Cork, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University, and completed the Internet of Things Executive Education program at MIT's Sloan School of Management.

Prior to joining FanDuel, Andrew was SVP of Engineering at Compass where he led several large engineering teams across Data, Payments, Marketing Tech, Video, Digital Ads, and AI globally. Before Compass, Sheh was a CTO at Remine, Technical Lead at Palantir Technologies, and Director of Innovation at CEB Global.
Andrew earned his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in NY.

Zane Lackey is a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz where he invests in platform engineering and cybersecurity companies. Previously he co-founded Signal Sciences (acquired for $825M in 2020) and authored Building a Modern Security Program (O’Reilly Media). Prior to co-founding Signal Sciences, Zane led a security team at the forefront of the DevOps/Cloud shift as CISO of Etsy.

Danny Brickman, CEO of Oasis, is a visionary entrepreneur who co-founded the company in 2022. Danny had first served in Talpiot, an exclusive IDF leadership program in which a small number of cadets train across every area of Israel’s military and attend university while living in an on-campus barracks. With a background that includes leadership roles in the Israel Defense Forces and expertise in product strategy, leadership roles in the Israel Defense Forces and expertise in product strategy, Danny has been instrumental in shaping Oasis' growth and strategic direction. Danny Brickman is the CEO and co-founder of Oasis Security, the company which he launched in 2022 with Amit Zimmerman to revolutionize identity security. A graduate of the elite Talpiot program in the Israel Defense Forces, he led diverse initiatives across cybersecurity domains. Danny holds a Master’s in Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Lane Bess is CEO of Deep Instinct and Principal/Founder of Bess Ventures and Advisory – his family office. Prior to joining Deep Instinct, Lane was the Chief Operating Officer of Zscaler Inc., an innovator and leader in Cloud based Internet security services. He has spent over 30 years as an operational executive and has successfully launched start-ups and grown medium sized businesses to large scale. Between 2008 and 2011, Lane was CEO of Palo Alto Networks where he led the late fundraising and scaled the company from its early go-to-market to a revenue run rate exceeding $200 million on the path to its IPO. Prior to Palo Alto Networks, he served as the EVP of Worldwide Sales and General Manager of publicly traded Trend Micro Inc. He has extensive experience in building global technology businesses across the US, Europe and Asia. His extensive contributions to the security technology sector have established him as a reliable advisor for numerous Enterprise CIOs and CISOs.
With core strengths in Sales, Marketing and Product Management, Mr. Bess has deep expertise in driving high growth for network/cloud security, computing, and software companies. His business experience includes providing critical technology solutions to Fortune 2000 companies, large enterprises, mid-size businesses, as well as consumer markets. Through the continuous leverage of distribution channels, Lane has been consistently recognized as a leading "channel friendly" executive.
During Lane's career he has also held senior Sales and Marketing roles at NCR Corporation and AT&T. During his time at NCR, he oversaw multinational global sales. At AT&T, Lane was responsible for the product launches of AT&T's Business and Consumer Internet services in the mid-90s.
Mr. Bess holds a B.S. Degree in Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree from the University of Dayton. Lane serves on the Board of Trustees for Carnegie Mellon University. He also serves as Board Chairman for Blaize Holdings Inc. Lane is also an Astronaut having flown two missions to space on Blue Origin rockets.

Since becoming CEO of Flotek Industries in June 2023, Dr. Ezell has led a $47 million EBITDA turnaround, achieving 11 consecutive quarters of EBITDA improvement and a stock price increase of over 200%, despite challenging market dynamics. He secured a $2.1 billion revenue backlog and pivoted Flotek’s Data Analytics laser technology into industrial and power generation markets. Notably, Dr. Ezell championed PWRtek™, a groundbreaking technology utilizing laser-based sensors and proprietary software for real-time flare gas filtration, delivering scalable, sustainable energy solutions for data centers, AI, and remote operations. By leveraging AI-driven chemometric analytics, Flotek has become a market leader in Chemistry and Data Analytics Technology, enhancing customer automation and advancing the energy industry technologies.
Previously, Dr. Ezell served as Flotek’s President of Chemistry Technologies, driving 10X market share growth in a year, and as Senior Vice President of Operations, reducing costs by over 60%. At Halliburton, he held leadership roles for a decade, shaping strategy and serving on the Technology Review Board.
Dr. Ezell holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, a B.S. in Chemistry from Millsaps College, and over 26 patents, underscoring his commitment to energy innovation.

Jamie Hutton is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Quantexa. Jamie is responsible for the R&D teams that build Quantexa's Decision Intelligence platform. For the last 20 years, Jamie has created products and solutions which unify and connect data at scale and brought the market-first innovation of dynamic Entity Resolution to market. This technology has enabled customers to find complex webs of criminal activity, from fraud, to money laundering and even human trafficking. Before co-founding Quantexa, he has held roles at SAS and Detica.

Jonathan Levin is Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Chainalysis, the blockchain data platform, where he is responsible for leading all facets of the business and its work to help government agencies, cryptocurrency businesses, and financial institutions leverage blockchain data to solve their most important problems. Over the course of his 10 years at Chainalysis, Jonathan has led numerous functions and business units as the company has grown to have a presence in over 50 countries globally. He is regularly called upon to testify to the U.S. Congress and other government hearings on the emerging risks and opportunities in cryptocurrencies. Prior to Chainalysis, he was the CEO of Coinometrics, which provided the first dashboard of blockchain intelligence. He was also a postgraduate economist at the University of Oxford, where he researched cryptocurrencies. Jonathan also holds a BSC in Economics from Bristol University. He lives in New York.
