Josh Burch is the Head of NYSE Exchange Product at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Burch oversees the life cycle of new products coming to market and is responsible for enhancing and optimizing feature functionality on the NYSE Group’ five US equity exchanges and two US options exchanges.

Prior to joining NYSE, Josh was an Associate Director on the Business Management team at Tower Research Capital. Burch focused on Market Structure and strategic initiatives for Tower in US and Canadian Equity marketplaces. Before joining Tower, Josh worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he oversaw the Market Access Group on the NY desk. Josh worked closely with DMA clients in US and Canadian markets. Josh began his career in the equity space as a trader on the US equity Market Making desk at Sun Trading LLC.

Josh holds a BA in International Business from DePauw University with degrees in Economics and Russian. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
