Erick Diaz joined the New York Stock Exchange in January 2022 as Head of EMEA Capital Markets, and is responsible for working with private and public companies across the region considering a US listing. Erick is a seasoned financial professional with a 20+ year career in US, UK and European ECM, executing IPOs and public capital raises across various sectors, market-caps and listing venues.

Erick joined NYSE from Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), where he spent 10 years as an ECM Director responsible for the FIG / Fintech sector. Prior to KBW, he worked in New York and London in various ECM roles at Morgan Stanley, Fox-Pitt Kelton and Macquarie.

Erick holds a degree in Government from Harvard University (A.B. 2003), is a fluent Spanish speaker, and colloquial French and Italian speaker. He is based in London.

Sumit joined the NYSE in 2024 as Co-Head of EMEA Capital Markets, where he advises private and public companies across the UK and EMEA region that are considering a US listing. He has over 20 years’ Equity Capital Markets experience; and previously worked at HSBC Holdings plc, the UK Listing Authority (Financial Conduct Authority), and at Dresdner Kleinwort, Jefferies International, and Rothschild investment banks in London and New York.

He graduated from the University of Cambridge (UK) with a Masters in Computer Science and Information Engineering; and completed further education programmes at Harvard Business School, Imperial Business School, and SOAS.

Michael Harris is the Vice Chairman and Global Head of Capital Markets for NYSE Group, a part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE).

Harris is responsible for attracting the world's leading companies to list on the NYSE, the largest and most liquid trading venue. He leads a global team focused on driving dialogue and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the private company ecosystem including founders/CEO’s, venture firms, private equity firms, advisory firms and market makers.

Prior to joining the NYSE, Harris spent over four years at Citadel Securities as the Head of Capital Markets and Business Development, where he was responsible for building out corporate relationships and increasing Citadel’s presence with financial sponsors, VCs, corporate clients and equity advisors.

Earlier in his career, Harris served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer at the U.S. Treasury where he helped wind down remaining TARP investments. In addition, he served in a variety of senior investment banking and advisory roles at UBS and JPMorgan.

Harris earned a BA in Economics and a BS in Social Policy from Northwestern University. He currently serves on the board of TriState Capital Bank, an independently chartered banking subsidiary of Raymond James, offering commercial, industrial and private banking solutions.

Justin Kotzin is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at General Atlantic. Justin is part of General Atlantic’s Value Creation Group, providing strategic support and advice to the firm’s investment team and portfolio companies. Before joining General Atlantic in 2018, he worked at Morgan Stanley, most recently serving as Managing Director in the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Syndicate group. In this role, he executed high yield and leveraged loan transactions across various sectors. Prior to that, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, most recently serving as Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Capital Markets group.

Kim Robinson joined the exchange with a background as a creative, writer and editor at publications including BBC, Bloomberg and Condé Nast. As Head of Marketing at NYSE, Kim works with companies around the world as they prepare for -- and become -- public. From building an interactive platform Unity (NYSE: U) that transformed the ways employees can come together for their Listings, ensuring Snoo (Reddit’s mascot) could fit onto the Bell Podium, and everything in between, Kim continues to think creatively on how we bring new companies into our community, and how we continue to work with them.

Cassandra Seier (Tok) is the Head of International Capital Markets for NYSE Group, a part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE).

Seier is responsible for attracting new listings from companies around the world, including Asia, Canada, EMEA and Latin America. She advises companies, private equity and venture capital firms, investment bankers and others on the IPO landscape, NYSE initiatives and listing venue selection.

Prior to joining the NYSE, Seier spent more than 24 years at Goldman Sachs, where she most recently served as a Managing Director focusing on futures and OTC clearing, working closely with buy-side clients, sell-side firms and exchange relationships globally. During her time at Goldman, Seier worked in the bank’s offices in Singapore, New York and London.

Seier earned a BA in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon. She has been a CFA charterholder since 2004. Seier is President and CEO of Women in Financial Markets (WIFM), a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to attract, retain, educate and develop female leaders in the financial industry.
