Kevin Tyrrell is Head of Markets at the New York Stock Exchange, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE).

Kevin is responsible for NYSE’s equity and options trading businesses, including the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE Arca, NYSE American, NYSE National and NYSE Texas exchanges. Kevin previously served as NYSE’s Head of Equities, managing the equities trading business, and Head of Research, responsible for market analysis, customer performance analytics, and original research development for NYSE’s transactions and listings businesses. Prior to joining NYSE, Kevin was head of Quant Solutions Sales and previously head of Execution Consulting for the electronic equities business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and previously worked at UBS Investment Bank and Nasdaq. Kevin holds a B.A. from The George Washington University and an MBA, Quantitative Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.

As Head of Equities, Jen leads the development, oversight, and execution of strategic initiatives for DASH’s equity business, identifying key areas for growth and productivity in the ever-changing US markets landscape. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, she focuses on scaling the equity business for future expansion, enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and uncovering new opportunities for growth.

Before joining DASH, Jen spent five years at Clearpool Group as Director of Execution Services and Head of Product, where she played a key role in shaping the strategy, design, and development of their Algo Management System and Venue Analysis products.

Jen began her career as a market maker on the NYSE with Barclays, following her graduation from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Matt is Head of EMEA Distribution and Liquidity Management at XTX. His team focuses on OTC liquidity provision across FX, metals, European equities, US equities and ETFs. Prior to XTX Matt held a variety of Sales and Trading roles at Barclays Capital. He holds degrees from Bristol and Oxford.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience within the financial sector, with over 2 decades in trading, wealth management and brokerage.

Previously, a key member of Saxo's APAC leadership team and Deputy Head of Sales Trading in Singapore. Following his tenure at Saxo, Andrew served as Regional Head of Brokerage, Margin Lending, & Digital Investments for Asia & EMEA at Citibank. Most recently, Andrew served in a range of leadership roles at InvestCloud, where he led the APAC business, overseeing the daily operations and their regional growth.

Andrew started his career as a FX and macro trader spending time in the UK and Asia.
