Timothy Reilly is the Head of Exchange Traded Solutions for NYSE Group, a part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE). He also manages the NYSE’s trading advisory services for the institutional asset management community. Reilly is a 25+ year veteran of the equity and fixed income trading industry. He started his career at Citigroup where he helped build, and eventually lead, the Global Portfolio Trading business. In 2008, Reilly was appointed Head of Citi Electronic Execution Sales. In this role, he launched Citi’s first self-directed equity trading strategies and established one of the industry’s earliest execution consulting teams. In 2014 Reilly joined ITG where he ran Global Sales for their trading, analytics, network and technology products. He is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Jon Herrick is the Chief Product Officer for the New York Stock Exchange, a part of Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), responsible for product development and innovation across all areas of the exchange’s business. In his role, Jon oversees the NYSE’s transactions, ETF listings and market data businesses, driving competitive strategy and distribution.

Previously, Jon served as the NYSE’s Head of Markets, leading the NYSE’s equities and options businesses across its seven exchanges and three trading floors. Earlier, Jon was the exchange’s Head of Equities.

For more than a decade, Jon held senior roles at several prominent proprietary trading firms including GETCO, which acquired Knight Capital to become KCG Holdings; Sun Trading, which was acquired by Hudson River Trading; and most recently Quantlab.

Jon holds a B.A. from the State University of New York, College at Oswego and currently serves on the Board of Directors at DTCC.

Morrison Warren is a partner and the co-chair of Chapman’s Investment Management Practice Group. Morrison focuses his law practice in the corporate and securities area with an emphasis on investment companies, including open-end funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, unit investment trusts, and private investment companies. He also represents broker-dealers, investment advisers, and municipal securities dealers, as well as publicly held companies with respect to their compliance with stock exchange requirements and federal securities laws.

Morrison is one of the leading legal ETF practitioners and now serves as fund counsel to over 600 ETFs with over $330 billion in assets under management. Through his representation of these clients, he has helped bring to market some of the most notable products in recent years, including the first 1940 Act commodity ETF, the first blockchain ETF, the first "defined outcome" ETFs, the first levered and inverse single-stock ETFs, three of the first spot bitcoin ETFs, and two of the first spot ether ETFs. He was also the co-author of the first non-Vanguard “dual share class” exemptive relief application seeking to add ETF share classes to mutual funds.

Morrison has been at the forefront of the rapidly evolving blockchain and digital asset landscape, actively engaging in advocacy initiatives and policy discussions with lawmakers and regulators to promote the responsible development of digital asset products and is a thought leader as it relates to the impact of tokenization on investment products and the instruments they hold. He represents clients seeking to offer ETFs backed by a variety of digital assets and the facilitation of staking by such ETFs. He also represents 1940 Act ETF issuers seeking novel ways to provide exposure to digital assets within a traditional 1940 Act ETF-wrapper. He also represents privately equity funds and private trusts that offer exposure to various cryptocurrencies.

Morrison regularly advises closed-end funds and their advisers on initial public offerings and follow-on rights offerings and oversaw one of the first instances of an interval fund publicly listing its shares on a national securities exchange. He is also part of a Chapman team that regularly serves as fund counsel for the initial offering of approximately 900 unit investment trusts annually.

Inkoo joined Grayscale Investments in November 2021 to help build and scale all the core functions and capabilities of an ETF issuer with a key focus on product development and management. Inkoo currently leads many of the efforts for product ideation and development at Grayscale Investments and is intimately involved in the design and operational workflows for digital assets exposures in the ETF wrapper.

With more than 14 years of experience in the ETF industry, Inkoo has been involved in and has experience with almost every pillar of the ETF Issuer. Prior to Grayscale, Inkoo spent nearly a decade at Direxion Funds with roles ranging from Portfolio Management and Implementation, Capital Markets, Sales and Distribution, and Product Development.

Inkoo holds a B.S. in Finance from Elon University.

Paul “Teddy” Fusaro is the President of Bitwise Asset Management and has served in such capacity since January 2021. Prior to joining Bitwise in April 2018, Mr. Fusaro was Senior Vice President and Head of Portfolio Management and Capital Markets at IndexIQ, the exchange traded fund unit of New York Life Investment Management, a firm with over $550 billion in AUM. In this capacity he oversaw portfolio management, trading, and operations for a suite of alternative strategy exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Mr. Fusaro was Vice President of Portfolio Management and co-head of Trading and Operations at Direxion Investments, a $13 billion alternative exchange-traded fund manager. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fusaro spent time in both equity derivatives and credit derivatives at Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Fusaro is a graduate of Providence College.

Jamie Patturelli is currently a Director of Exchange Traded Products at the New York Stock Exchange, where he supports the delivery of customized, full service end-to-end capabilities for Exchange Traded Product, Closed End Fund, and Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) issuers. He most recently was responsible for leading and managing the Exchange’s listing programs for the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE American, NYSE Arca, NYSE Amex & NYSE Arca options. He also has extensive background and experience in working with the SEC and FINRA on a variety of listing and trading issues.

Damon Walvoord is a long-time veteran of the ETF industry, having served as a liquidity provider partner to hundreds of ETF sponsors and clients globally over the past two decades. Currently Damon is Managing Director and US Head of Global Equity Derivatives for National Bank of Canada. In his current role, Damon is leading the expansion of NBC’s connectivity in the US market, leveraging its top ranked Canadian ETF franchise and strong balance sheet to support ETF issuers and service ETF client needs.

Prior to joining NBC this year, Damon spent 20 years at Susquehanna International Group (SIG), a leading alternative liquidity provider. He began as a trader and subsequently spearheaded the formation of the SIG ETF Group, responsible for the firm’s engagement across the ETF ecosystem, growing it to top 3 market share globally. During the period of ETF market structure transition and post-2008 boom in ETF adoption, Damon played a leading role in the evolution of ETF capital markets and the relationship dynamics between ETF liquidity providers, issuers and users.

Ugo Egbunike sits on Jane Street’s Institutional Sales & Trading desk. In this capacity, Ugo wears a number of hats - partnering with institutional clients to provide trading solutions and access to Jane Street’s differentiated liquidity, while also advising ETF Issuers on product development and capital markets best practices.

Dermot Greally has over a decade of trading experience at Virtu Financial. In Europe he lead Virtu's on exchange ETF market making business for a number of years before moving over to focus on EMEA FX trading. In 2022 he moved to NY to help build up Virtu's International Equity ETF Block Business. He now co-heads the ETF team at Virtu.

Dermot holds a BSc in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics from DCU.

Paul is the Head of ETF Issuer Services at GTS and has been with the firm since 2019. He has been in the industry since 1999, beginning his career at The Vanguard Group. He has been involved in ETFs since 2004 while working at Susquehanna in various trading/market making roles including as Specialist of SPY & DIA on the PHLX, and has also worked at the ETF sponsor Pacer in a distribution/sales/capital markets capacity. At GTS he works with investment management clients wishing to launch ETFs via GTS' Lead Market Making/Seed Capital/Global Portfolio Trading services across Exchanges and product structures (Active, Passive, Transparent, Semi-Transparent) as well as Asset Class (Equity, Fixed Income, Long/Short, Equity + Options Overlay, Commodity, etc).

Paul graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Economics and has an MBA in Finance from Villanova University, where he has served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance teaching "Derivatives and Options" coursework in the past.

Graham joined DTCC in January 2025 and is responsible for DTCC’s Primary Market ETF business. Prior to joining DTCC, he spent 12 years working in various Product Management capacities at GFI Group, IHS Markit and Goldman Sachs.

Bilal Little, currently serving as Director of Exchange Traded Funds at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and host of the ETF Central Podcast. In this role, Bilal brings more than 19 years of sales experience to help asset managers and institutional clients navigate the fast-evolving ETF and digital asset landscape.

Prior to joining the NYSE, Bilal served as Senior Vice President at Harbor Capital and as a Director at BlackRock, where he helped raised over $10 billion in assets. Over the course of his career, he has helped raise more than $15 billion for leading asset managers, offering strategic insight across distribution, product development, and advisor engagement.

Bilal holds his Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses and is a graduate of Hofstra University. He earned a graduate degree in business management from the USC Marshall School of Business. Katie Stiner co-leads the Issuer Services team within Institutional Equites at Citadel Securities. Katie advises real-money clients on execution strategy and instrument selection for both strategic asset allocation and tactical portfolio management. Prior to joining Citadel Securities in 2019, Katie spent nine years on the synthetic equity sales desk at Deutsche Bank, focused on index and custom basket swaps. Katie received a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.

Brian Gilbart is Head of Business Analytics for NYSE Group, a part of Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE).

Brian supports all NYSE transactional business analytics and is responsible for tracking transactional KPIs, performing revenue and market share modeling as well as managing commercial policy and strategy for the exchange. Prior to his current role, Brian was Director of Options Business Development for over three years, during which NYSE Arca Options grew to be the #1 U.S. options exchange by volume. Before joining the exchange, he was a proprietary options market maker with Belvedere Trading in Chicago, IL, specializing in the S&P 500, soft commodities, and metals. Brian subsequently managed all of Belvedere’s independent implied volatility and prop trading groups for many years. He started his career with UBS Securities in 2006, trading on the ETF & Program Trading desk through the Global Financial Crisis.

Brian’s unique combination of roles over a nearly 20-year career give him credentials and expertise across the full breadth of the U.S. listed equity derivatives market. Brian holds a B.S. in Earth Systems, and M.S. in Energy Engineering from Stanford University.
