
Vice President, Investor Relations, Informatica
A seasoned executive, Victoria brings over 25 years of experience in investor relations and corporate finance. She has managed and executed IR programs for various companies in the fin-tech and software-as-a-service (SaaS) industries, ranging from high-growth private equity ownership structures to established companies undergoing a transition. Her IR career highlights include developing and executing best-in-class IR strategies from the ground up, including two initial public offerings (Informatica and Visa); effectively dealing with high-impact situations, including earnings surprises, leadership changes, M&A, debt issuance, and shareholder activism; and ESG strategy development and disclosure initiatives.
Victoria is the Vice President of Investor Relations at Informatica (NYSE: INFA). She joined the company in June 2021 to help prepare for an IPO in October 2021. Before her role at Informatica, she held IR positions at 8×8, Visa, McAfee, and Providian Financial.
Victoria has been an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 2005. She is a NIRI Senior Roundtable Member, serves as President of the NIRI San Francisco Chapter, and has been a NIRI San Francisco Chapter board member since 2016. She also served on the NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter board from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, she volunteered for NIRI’s 2019 Annual Conference Committee and was a Committee Member for the NIRI 2022 Corporate Purpose Report. She is a mentor for both the NIRI Compass Mentor Program and the NIRI San Francisco Chapter. Victoria will be named a NIRI Fellow at the upcoming NIRI Annual Conference in San Francisco.
Victoria has been recognized by IR Magazine (2017 Best Investor Relations Officer, Large-Cap) and Institutional Investor Magazine, All-American Executive. She has been a public speaker on IR best practices, governance, and strategic topics at NIRI Annual Conferences, IR Magazine, the Society for Corporate Secretaries, and local NIRI chapter programs.
Victoria earned a Business Administration degree in Finance and MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Michael Reinking, CFA is the head of the NYSE Market Access Center (MAC) Desk, which provides market insight and intelligence to listed companies. Prior to his role at the NYSE, Michael spent over 15 years on the buyside, as a trader and analyst. His investment experience spans across financial products in both quantitative and fundamental-based strategies. Reinking earned a BS in Finance and International Business from Penn State University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Erik Peña is the Head of Market Development for the New York Stock Exchange. In this role he is responsible for building and growing relationships with senior executives at private companies, public companies, investment firms, and the broader ecosystem of advisors. Erik has over 25 years of experience across a range of financial service and strategy consulting roles. Prior to NYSE, Erik was the Chief Revenue Officer at Nasdaq Private Market where he helped to develop a trading platform for shares in privately-held companies. Prior, Erik was the Head of Corporate Development at Silicon Valley Bank where he was responsible for M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships. Erik also held senior investment banking roles at the Royal Bank of Canada and Brown Brothers Harriman.
