Michael Monteith, Esq, is a Director on Workiva's Capital Markets team based in Manhattan. Prior to Workiva, he worked for CT Corporation heading up the Law Firm Sales team for the Western half of the US. Before CT, he was a litigator in Manhattan. Michael graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Government and from the Fordham University School of Law. He also is a former Cash Cab champion.

Nithya B. Das is the GM of Diligent’s Governance business and also wears the hat of Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. She brings her leadership to the board and compensation committee of Outbrain Inc. (Nasdaq: OB), a tech company shaping how people connect across the open internet. Before joining Diligent, Nithya helped lead both Olo (NYSE: OLO) and AppNexus through IPOs and high-growth transformations, overseeing everything from legal and strategy to people and culture. She kicked off her legal career at Goodwin Procter and helped launch Founder’s Workbench, a pioneering legal resource for startups. A recognized voice in DEIB and ESG, Nithya has earned accolades from the National Organization for Women and the American Bar Association. She holds degrees from the SC Honors College at USC and Brooklyn Law School. Outside the boardroom, she’s a self-taught Indian home cook, former food blogger, and proud Hoboken resident with her husband, two daughters, and their labradoodle.

As a Deals Partner in PwC’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) practice, Rich brings over 25 years of experience supporting clients through complex financial reporting challenges and capital markets transactions across the U.S. and Europe. He specializing in IPOs, SPACs, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, 144A offerings, and GAAP conversions, with a strong focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions in high-pressure environments.

Rich currently co-leads PwC’s New York Metro IPO Services team, advising companies preparing to go public and supporting them as they transition to operating as public companies. His approach emphasizes early issue identification, proactive resolution, and establishing a solid foundation for successful execution. This includes guiding clients through SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, pro forma reporting, audit readiness, and other key IPO readiness workstreams.

Previously, Rich spent 15 years in PwC’s Boston office before completing a three-year secondment based in Frankfurt, Germany, where he led a U.S. GAAP and SEC Capital Markets team focused on cross-border transactions and U.S. market entry throughout Europe. His experience working with both domestic and global organizations—including private equity sponsors—gives him a broad perspective and the ability to tailor strategies to diverse stakeholder needs.

Rich’s core areas of expertise include capital markets readiness, IPO and SPAC advisory, SEC reporting, GAAP conversions, carve-out and pro forma financials, M&A/divestitures, audit preparation, and transaction execution.

Shauna, CPA, is a Managing Director and Accordion’s Head of IPO Readiness with nearly three decades of experience spanning a variety of sectors including consulting, energy and aerospace & defense. In her current role, she helps private companies execute IPOs and de-SPAC transactions and successfully operate as public companies.

She is a subject matter expert in US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and SEC Regulations, and assists PE-backed companies in assessing and implementing new accounting standards and accounting for complex transactions. She frequently works on complicated deal and accounting structures often seen in M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and GAAP conversions.

At RGP, a global consulting company, she led the technical accounting practice and developed end-to-end solutions for revenue recognition and lease accounting compliance, achieving triple digit year-over-year growth. She was a recognized and frequent presenter on technical accounting matters.

As Corporate Director of Technical Accounting and Policy at Northrop Grumman, a Fortune 100 Aerospace & Defense company, she evaluated and concluded on complex business transactions, drafted comment letters for submission to the SEC, FASB, IASB, and PCAOB, and led the ongoing IFRS implementation efforts. From that she transitioned into the Corporate Director of FP&A role, responsible for monthly planning and analysis, what-if scenarios for potential executive actions, the long-range strategic plan, and reporting to the Board of Directors.

During her 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she was a Senior Manager in Audit and Advisory Services and spent several years in PwC’s Global Capital Markets Group in Germany. There she consulted on US GAAP and SEC regulations for capital raising and M&A activities.

Shauna graduated with the highest honors from Montana State University with a B.S. in Accounting, received her M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She currently resides in San Diego, CA.

Don currently serves as the company’s President and co-runs the firm. Since 2001, he has worked to build ICR’s industry teams and corporate culture, driving the firm’s rapid global growth. Don is a leading expert on IPOs, Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) and other complex corporate transactions.

Don has led teams that have advised hundreds of companies on IPOs, mergers, acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions. Prior to ICR, Don spent over a decade as a portfolio manager and research analyst specializing in public and private investments in the consumer and technology industries. Prior to joining ICR, Don co-founded the asset management firm Meyer, Duffy & Associates and Meyer Duffy Ventures.

Don also served on multiple public boards, and has chaired audit, compensation and special committees. Don received a B.A. in Finance from St. John’s University.

Matt Kaminer is the Chief People, Legal, and Administrative Officer at Instructure, where he oversees the company’s legal, compliance, privacy, corporate development, and the Office of the CFO, including FP&A, accounting, and corporate finance. Since joining Instructure in 2015, he has guided Instructure through two IPOs, two private equity buyouts, and multiple acquisitions, most recently Parchment.

Earlier in his career, Matt held senior legal and leadership roles in the technology and healthcare sectors, including at Collective Inc., Epocrates, MediMedia, and WebMD. He holds a computer science degree from Penn State and a J.D. from George Washington University.

Danielle is Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at McGraw Hill, a leading global education company that partners with millions of educators, learners, and professionals around the world.

In her role, Danielle oversees investor relations and corporate finance working closely and providing oversight into financial analysis, treasury, strategy, communications, and ESG. Danielle has leadership experience across many sectors, market capitalizations, and across both public and private companies. During her nearly 25-year career, Danielle has managed and developed relationships with rating agencies, credit and equity investors and research analysts globally.

Prior to rejoining McGraw Hill in 2022, Danielle held financial roles with increasing responsibility at Anywhere Real Estate, Verizon, and Prudential Financial. Danielle’s professional experience includes investor relations, corporate and business unit finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, board oversight, and ESG. Danielle has been instrumental in setting up investor relations functions with the appropriate level of financial and board oversight. Danielle has an astute value creation lens and has advised leaders on capital allocation, shareholder strategies, crisis management, and investor communications. Danielle’s work on credit and equity market transactions has resulted in capital structure improvements, interest savings, rating upgrades, and new investor ownership.

Danielle sits on the Board of Directors for the CFA Society of New York. She holds an undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey, a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Master of Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Danielle is also a CFA Charterholder. Danielle’s commitment to training and mentoring is a cornerstone of her leadership style and includes active participation in CFA Institute and NIRI.

Usman is a Managing Director in the Firm’s Equity Capital Markets practice based in New York. With approximately 20 years of industry experience, he has responsibilities for origination, structuring and execution of IPOs, PIPEs, equity and equity linked capital raises for public companies in the Industrials, Basic Materials and Transportation sectors.

Prior to this current role, Usman was the Head of the US Equity Solutions business within capital markets where he helped originate and execute multiple large convertible offerings, call spread hedges, accelerated share repurchases and other structured equity transactions for our corporate clients particularly in the healthcare sector.

Usman joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 after 5-years with Merrill Lynch starting in corporate equity derivatives in New York and also spent time working in the Hong Kong office.

Usman graduated magna cum laude from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics & Economics. In his spare time, Usman enjoys traveling, reading, watching/playing cricket, tennis, and squash.

Samantha S. Lau was named Chief Investment Officer of AllianceBernstein’s Small and Mid Cap Growth Equities in October 2023. Previously, she was the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Small and SMID Cap Growth Equities since 2014. Samantha joined the firm in 1999 as a portfolio manager/analyst responsible for research and portfolio management for the technology sector of AB’s Small and SMID Cap Growth strategies. From 1997 to 1999, Ms. Lau covered small-cap technology companies for INVESCO (NY) (formerly Chancellor Capital Management). Before joining Chancellor in 1997, she worked for three years as a healthcare securities analyst in the investment research department of Goldman Sachs. Samantha co-chaired the Women’s Leadership Council at AB from 2019 to 2022. Samantha holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) in finance and accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a CFA charterholder.

L. Brooks Mallard has served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since February 2020. As the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Mallard manages Gates’ global corporate finance and accounting functions, including capital structure, resource allocation, financial reporting and the maintenance of the global internal control systems. Previously, Mr. Mallard served as the Chief Financial Officer of Henniges Automotive, a global supplier of highly engineered sealing and anti-vibration systems for the automotive market, beginning June 2019. Prior to Henniges Automotive, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jeld-Wen beginning in November 2014, where he helped take the company from being private equity held, through an initial public offering on the NYSE. He also has held senior financial leadership roles with TRW Automotive, Cooper Industries plc, Thomas & Betts, and Briggs & Stratton during his career.

David Selvers is Global Head of Equity Capital Markets and a Portfolio Manager at Balyasny Asset Management (BAM), a global investment firm that focuses on delivering consistent, alpha-driven returns through a multi-strategy, multi-manager approach. Selvers joined BAM in 2020 from Partner Fund Management, where he was a Portfolio Manager and Sector Head focused on TMT. Before that, Selvers held multiple portfolio management roles, including with Conatus Capital Management, Sigma Capital Management (a division of SAC), and Intrepid Capital Management. Selvers began his investing career as an analyst at Tiger Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Joined TPG in 2025, responsible for Global Equity capital Markets business across all TPG investment platforms. Prior to joining TPG, Eugene spent 20 years in Equity Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan and was Co-Head of Technology ECM and previously Head of Diversified Industries and Regional ECM. Eugene has executed over 450 transactions for $150B in proceeds across multiple sectors and regions

Gary joined H&F in 2021 and leads the Finance Center of Excellence. His primary responsibility is to help H&F drive value by improving the effectiveness of the Finance organizations of the Firm’s portfolio companies. He is a Director of At Home and SimpliSafe. Gary has over twenty-five years of experience working with global organizations on all aspects of corporate finance, operations and strategy. Prior to H&F, he held the Chief Financial Officer roles at both Finastra and Varian Medical Systems. Gary also served as a divisional CFO and Treasurer amongst other roles for Dell Technologies.

Maria Urias is the Vice President of Global Strategic Alliances at FloQast, where she leads the company’s global partner strategy across private equity, venture capital, and consulting ecosystems. With over a decade of experience in financial services and technology, she has developed and scaled partner ecosystems across the US, EMEA, and APAC to create new revenue streams for organizations. Prior to FloQast, Maria worked in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs in New York City, advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on investment strategies. She is passionate about accelerating growth and positioning organizations for long-term success.

Sydney Carey is the Chief Financial Officer of Avalara, a leading provider of tax compliance automation for businesses of all sizes. She brings decades of financial leadership experience to her role, guiding Avalara’s global finance organization through an era of rapid growth and transformation.

Before joining Avalara, Sydney served as CFO at several high-growth technology companies, including Talkdesk, Sumo Logic, Duo Security, Apttus, ZScaler, and MongoDB. She has led multiple companies through successful IPOs and acquisitions, making her a seasoned leader in scaling organizations and driving strategic financial outcomes.

She is also active in mentoring women in finance and technology leadership, championing greater diversity in executive roles.

Hemant Kapadia is Chief Financial Officer at Anaplan, a leading private equity-backed software provider offering the only scenario planning and analysis platform designed to optimize decision-making in today’s complex business environment. Hemant oversees a global organization spanning traditional financial operations as well as IT, procurement, and real estate and, since joining Anaplan in late 2022, has transformed operations from negative EBITDA to a “Rule of” 55 company that is delivering a strong mix of growth and profitability.

Prior to Anaplan, Hemant served as CFO at Sirius Computer Solutions, where he helped grow the business to more than triple equity value by driving revenue growth, M&A, margin expansion, and relentlessly focusing on cash flow. With over thirty years of experience with both public and private companies, Hemant has held CFO positions at Mark Andy Inc. and MEMC/SunEdison Semiconductor.

In addition to his role as CFO, Hemant is the executive sponsor of Asiaplan, an employee resource group at Anaplan, representing employees from the Asian community. Hemant holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.

Matthew Louie is responsible for the structuring and execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions. He also has responsibilities related to post-acquisition monitoring and oversight of operational performance at select portfolio companies, and serves on the board of a number of Platinum Equity’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Platinum Equity in 2008, Mr. Louie was an investment professional at American Capital Strategies, a middle-market focused private equity firm. Prior to American Capital, Mr. Louie worked in venture capital and growth equity at both Canaan Partners and Agilent Technologies, as well as in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Louie currently serves on the board of directors of the following public companies: Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE: VRT), Ingram Micro Holding Corporation (NYSE: INGM), and McGraw Hill, Inc. (NYSE: MH).

Mr. Louie holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Throughout his career at Ingram Micro, Bay has held several key executive roles, including leading the company’s Global Technology Solutions business and Americas operations. In 2006, he left his position as senior vice president of vendor management at Ingram Micro to take the role of chief executive officer of Punch! Software, based in Kansas City, Mo. Bay returned to Ingram Micro in June 2010 and was the chief architect behind the development of a divisional business unit structure in North America, which led to increased and sustainable revenue growth and profitability for the region. He has consistently championed organizational agility, talent development, and customer-centric transformation.

Bay has received several accolades for his significant contributions to the industry, including being recognized several years in a row as one of CRN’s Top 25 Most Influential Executives.

In addition to his role at Ingram Micro, Bay serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the General Technology Distribution Council (GTDC) as well as the Board of Directors for the CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County (CLAOC).
