
Shari Mager is a partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice and is the US National Leader of the Capital Markets Advisory practice. Shari specializes in the delivery of capital markets transactions, buy side and sell-side accounting, finance integration and separation services in the technology industry. She regularly advises clients on accounting and reporting matters, as well as SEC-related issues, and has advised on a number of transformative M&A, IPO and SPAC transactions. Shari is also a frequent speaker at various industry conferences throughout the year.

Shauna, CPA, is a Managing Director and Accordion’s Head of IPO Readiness with nearly three decades of experience spanning a variety of sectors including consulting, energy and aerospace & defense. In her current role, she helps private companies execute IPOs and de-SPAC transactions and successfully operate as public companies.
She is a subject matter expert in US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and SEC Regulations, and assists PE-backed companies in assessing and implementing new accounting standards and accounting for complex transactions. She frequently works on complicated deal and accounting structures often seen in M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and GAAP conversions.
At RGP, a global consulting company, she led the technical accounting practice and developed end-to-end solutions for revenue recognition and lease accounting compliance, achieving triple digit year-over-year growth. She was a recognized and frequent presenter on technical accounting matters.
As Corporate Director of Technical Accounting and Policy at Northrop Grumman, a Fortune 100 Aerospace & Defense company, she evaluated and concluded on complex business transactions, drafted comment letters for submission to the SEC, FASB, IASB, and PCAOB, and led the ongoing IFRS implementation efforts. From that she transitioned into the Corporate Director of FP&A role, responsible for monthly planning and analysis, what-if scenarios for potential executive actions, the long-range strategic plan, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
During her 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she was a Senior Manager in Audit and Advisory Services and spent several years in PwC’s Global Capital Markets Group in Germany. There she consulted on US GAAP and SEC regulations for capital raising and M&A activities.
Shauna graduated with the highest honors from Montana State University with a B.S. in Accounting, received her M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She currently resides in San Diego, CA.

Chief Legal and Chief Administrative Officer, Diligent
Nithya B. Das serves as the Chief Legal and Chief Administrative Officer for Diligent. Nithya is responsible for leading Diligent’s global legal team and the Diligent Institute, which produces education and media content for directors and c-suite leaders. She also serves on the board of directors at Outbrain Inc. (NASDAQ: OB) and chairs the compensation committee.
Previously, Nithya held various operating executive roles in public and private companies including COO, CLO and CHRO at Olo (NYSE: OLO) and AppNexus (Acq. by AT&T) guiding both companies through transformative periods including IPOs, global expansion and acquisitions.
Nithya is a passionate advocate for women in leadership, DEIB, and ESG and a founding member of TechGC and Founder’s Workbench, an online resource for entrepreneurs.
Nithya holds a degree in Business Administration from the S.C. Honors College at USC and a J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.

Senior Industry Principal, Workiva
Josh is a Senior Industry Principal in Workiva's Capital Markets practice at Workiva where he helps customers understand and implement technology tools to help prepare for and execute capital market transactions. Prior to joining Workiva, Josh began his career and spent nearly a decade with KPMG in their audit and advisory practice and focused on PE and VC backed companies looking at growth and strategic opportunities. Following his time at KPMG, Josh held various Accounting and Finance leadership positions at companies preparing for IPOs or other strategic opportunities where he oversaw and managed areas such as month-end closed, financial reporting reporting, tax, treasury, FP&A, systems and integrations, and corporate development.
