Lynn Martin is President of NYSE Group, which includes the New York Stock Exchange, the world’s largest stock market.

Martin is the 68th President of the New York Stock Exchange and the second woman to lead the exchange in more than 230-year history. The NYSE, the premier venue for capital raising, is the listing home to the world’s most influential and innovative companies.

In addition to the exchange, NYSE Group includes four fully electronic equity markets, including NYSE Arca, the industry leader in ETFs, and two options exchanges.

Martin is also Chair of Fixed Income & Data Services at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), the parent of NYSE Group. Most recently, she was President of that business, responsible for ICE Bonds execution venues, securities pricing and analytics, reference data, indices, desktop solutions, consolidated feeds and connectivity services that cover all major asset classes.

She previously served as President of ICE Data Services, COO of ICE Clear U.S., and in a number of leadership roles including CEO of NYSE Liffe U.S. and CEO of New York Portfolio Clearing. Martin began her career at IBM in its Global Services organization.

Martin holds a BS in Computer Science from Manhattan College and an MA in Statistics from Columbia University. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Partnership for New York City, the Inner-City Scholarship Fund and the New York State Emerging Technology Advisory Board. Martin also serves on the Manhattan College Board of Trustees.

Brandon Gomez is a reporter and producer at CNBC where his work reaches millions through daily dayside programming for ‘Squawk on the Street’, in addition to his own original reporting on-air covering the Spirits & Alcohol industry, Fitness & Wellness industry, as well as corporate culture and business backlash under CNBC’s Equity & Opportunity brand.

Brandon joined the NBC News Group in 2016, working with the Weekend TODAY Show. He then moved to the local news beat at NY1 covering New York City’s Department of Education. His work has also appeared on NBC News Now, NBC Latino, NPR’s Latino USA and New York University’s Pavement Pieces.

A native of East Haven, CT, Brandon received his Bachelor’s degree in English and Theatre from the College of the Holy Cross. Two years later he received his Masters in multimedia reporting from New York University, where he returned for a semester in 2018 as an adjunct professor.

Brandon was named a Cynopsis Media Rising Star in 2022. Two years prior in 2020, he was named to Honor41’s honoree list, which celebrates multi-industry leaders from the LGBTQ+ Latino community. And in 2017, he was named the National Association of Hispanic Journalists’ ‘Next Generation Journalist of the Year’. Brandon is also a member of NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ Journalists.

Jeremy Heimans
Founder, Purpose

Jeremy Heimans is a lifelong activist, entrepreneur and author. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Purpose, a public benefit corporation with teams on six continents that helps to build and support social movements. Jeremy is also the co-author of the international bestseller New Power, praised by the New York Times’ David Brooks as “the best window I’ve seen into this new world” and by The Guardian as “a manual on how to navigate the 21st century.

Jeremy has been an activist since the age of 8 when, as a child activist in his native Australia, he ran media campaigns and lobbied leaders on issues like children’s rights and nuclear non-proliferation.He is the co-founder of GetUp!, an Australian political organization with more members than all of Australia’s political parties combined; Avaaz, a global citizens’ campaigning group with more than 70 million members; and together with Andre Banks he co-founded All Out, a global organization that fights for LGBT+ equality. He is a recipient of the Ford Foundation’s 75th anniversary Visionary Award, the Foreign Policy Association Medal and the Performance Theater’s Inspired Leadership Award. He has served as chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Civic Participation and as a Young Global Leader. Heimans has been named one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business, The Guardian has named him as one of the ten most influential voices on sustainability in the US and to its World Pride Power List of LGBT+ leaders, and The Monthly has observed that Heimans “might be the most influential Australian in the world.” He has spoken at venues such as TED, Chatham House, Davos, and the Aspen Ideas Festival.

The proud son of two first-generation immigrants to Australia, Jeremy was educated at Harvard University and the University of Sydney. He and his husband Brock Forsblom live in New York and Paris.

CEO, CarbonFree

Martin is a globally experienced CEO adept at accelerating the profitable growth of early-stage technologies and global chemical businesses. With CarbonFree, Martin is combining the two, developing a ground-breaking carbon capture technology along with profitable CO2 reuse into zero carbon chemicals.

Prior to CarbonFree, he was President and CEO of Tata Chemicals North America (TCNA) where he was recruited to lead and integrate the North American soda ash business with sales of over $460 million. During his tenure at TCNA, he served as Chairman of ANSAC, a global export supply chain business for soda ash.

Mr. Keighley also served as CEO and Director at Arvia Technology where he developed multiple markets for early-stage, specialist water treatment technology. A spin-out from the University of Manchester, England.

As Managing Director for Brunner Mond, he was involved in patenting a sodium bicarbonate service and product for the waste incineration market, creating a $40 million business within 2 years. While General Manager of Manufacturing for Brunner Mond’s Soda Ash SBU, Martin led a business reengineering project that reduced costs by $45 million in 18 months, established Europe’s most efficient power generating plant, and rejuvenated the business to viability which led to a successful IPO after 3 years.

Founder, OpenVC

David is the Co-Founder and CEO of OPEN, and ICE backed portfolio company. OPEN works to bridge public and private markets by launching passive investing and institutional data products in late stage VC. Recently, they launched the NYSE OPEN Venture Capital Unicorn Index (NYSEOVC), tracking the value of 50 elite unicorns such as SpaceX and OpenAI on a daily basis.

Prior to founding OPEN, David worked in TMT coverage at Goldman Sachs, working on noteworthy transactions including Dell's reemergence in the public markets and Bentley Systems' listing. He also engaged in sell-side activities within the marketplace and internet sectors. After Goldman Sachs, David joined Cathexis Holdings, a family office focusing on strategic development, real estate, and green energy projects.

Christopher M. Hyzy is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer supporting Bank of America Private Bank and Merrill within Bank of America Corporation. In this role, Chris is responsible for determining the investment view for the wealth management businesses, developing and managing the asset allocation strategy, Fixed Income and Equity management, solutions due diligence, investment policies and guidance, including wealth planning, and supporting the client-focused investment approach. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Investment Strategist for the Private Bank.

Prior to joining Bank of America, he was chief investment officer and head of product strategy for the Latin American Market region of The Citigroup Private Bank. He chaired the Global Investment Themes Committee and was a voting member of the Investment Strategy Committee for the Citigroup Private Bank, and active member of the Investment

Policy Committee, the Product Strategy Committee, and senior leadership team. Preceding his role at Citigroup, he was the director of Merrill Lynch’s Investment Policy Group and head of the Investment Committee for International Private Clients.

Chris also held investment positions including director of the Global Portfolio Strategy group for Private Wealth Advisory and senior international equity strategist for Merrill Lynch’s Private Client and Middle Markets Group.

Chris received his B.A. in business from Villanova University and earned an M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Villanova University and previously served on the Provost Board and the Finance Department’s Advisory Council at Villanova and is a former member of the Finance and Investment Committee for the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation.

Under Jackson's leadership, LGBT+ VC has educated, trained, and connected thousands of new and active LGBTQ+ investors, building a thriving ecosystem that drives greater participation in technology investing. Recognized by Forbes' for their 30 Under 30 award, Jackson spearheaded transformative initiatives that redefine venture capital for underrepresented communities, and has co-invested alongside tech titans like Susan Wojcicki. In 2024, he was invited to speak at the inaugural White House Pride VC Roundtable, underscoring his pivotal role in advancing LGBTQ+ leadership and economic empowerment. He also had the chutzpah to build the world’s first Center for LGBTQ+ Innovation, which launched Pride 2025 in New York City.

Beyond LGBT+ VC, he teaches venture capital at the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at City College of New York. He also serves as an advisor to Antler and Eric Schmidt's Schmidt Futures’ Refugee Entrepreneurship Program, reflecting his deep commitment to leveraging investment for good.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Rebalance Capital

Barr Even is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Rebalance Capital, a FinTech and WorkforceTech VC investing in startups addressing the overlooked $3.5 trillion market opportunity of the 80m low and middle income American families. The fund’s companies distribute at scale through partnerships with institutions such as banks, insurers, employers, property managers, and colleges.

Previously, Barr managed the private investment portfolio at Ray Dalio's family office and worked in the growth equity team of Generation Investment Management, a mission-driven investment manager co-founded by Al Gore. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in London as an investment banker covering financial institutions before relocating to Israel to cover its emerging tech ecosystem. He currently serves as Board Treasurer of Health Equity Solutions, CT.

Barr holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University, a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University. He lives with his husband and daughter in New Canaan, CT.

Elizabeth Everett Krisberg, managing director, is head of Bank of America Institute and deputy director of BofA Global Research.

Established in 2022, the Institute is a think tank that draws on data and analyses from across the bank and the world to provide timely and original perspectives on the economy, sustainability and global transformation. The Institute leverages the depth and breadth of the bank’s proprietary data from over 69 million consumer and small business clients, $4.1T in total payments and $1.3T in consumer and wealth management deposits in 2023, to provide unique insights on the health of the economy. It also elevates thought leadership from throughout the bank that addresses long-term trends, and shares these findings with clients, policymakers, communities and the general public.

The Global Research division, which was named Extel’s (formerly Institutional Investor’s) No. 2 Global Research Leader in 2024, provides clients and employees of Bank of America and Merrill Wealth Management with top-quality investment insights and ideas, and industry and company overviews. In her Global Research role, Everett Krisberg is responsible for key strategic initiatives, as well as leading the Supervisory Analysts & Regulatory Controls, Wealth Management Portfolio & Investment Strategy and Operations & Client Services teams.

Previously, Everett Krisberg held leadership roles across Research and Global Markets, including head of Global Corporate Access, head of Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC) and Macro Research Product Marketing, head of Structured Product Management, head of Institutional Fixed Income Middle Market Sales and head of Multi-Product Sales, the first integrated sales coverage team covering hedge fund and institutional clients across debt and equity products.

Everett Krisberg joined Merrill Lynch in 2000 as a summer associate. She started her career as an investment banking analyst at Smith Barney.

Everett Krisberg earned a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a Trustee Emeritus of Cornell University, having served as a Trustee from 2014 to 2022, including on the Board’s Executive Committee and as Chair of the Committee on Student Life.

Kim has been recognized for her work both professionally and through her active dedication to diversity and inclusion. In 2015, Kim was awarded the role of Keynote Speaker at the Out 4 Undergrad Business Conference, attended by more than 500 graduates. Kim is an active member of Bank of America's LGBTQ Executive Council and is a Board member of the LGBT Center.

Javier Romero is a Managing Director, Wealth Strategist and Head of the Business Owners Center of Excellence at Bank of America Private Bank in New York City. Javier works closely with high-net-worth business owners, families and foundations, providing them with sophisticated planning advice. In his spare time, when not working with clay in the pottery studio, Javier enjoys exploring the south Florida food scene and hiking in the Adirondack and Berkshire Mountains. Mary Obasi serves as the Policy Advisory, Analysis & Insights Executive within Global Public Policy. In this enterprise-wide role, Mary leads the policy clearinghouse that analyzes current and emerging policy to produce risk-based insights in support the Bank’s strategic priorities. Additionally, she leads operational excellence for Global Public Policy.

Previously, Mary was the first Head of Global Climate Risk and in that capacity stood up an enterprise-wide Climate Risk Management function within Global Risk Management. The function is tasked with identifying, measuring, and managing the risks of a changing climate and enhancing preparedness for a sustainable, low-carbon, climate resilient future.

Mary has also held the title of Chief Operating Officer, Process Innovation & Transformation executive for Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT), where she focused on delivering a customer-focused Enterprise Testing Utility offering high-quality, automated independent testing services across Bank of America and leading the efficient operations of a 1500+ organization.

Before joining Bank of America, Mary Obasi was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice. During her tenure, she led strategic initiatives and executed technology and process implementation projects for leading financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity and effectively manage enterprise and operational risk. She started her career at Deloitte in the Cybersecurity practice and started with Bank of America in 2019.

Mary is an active participant in professional associations. She founded the Risk Management Association (RMA) Climate Risk Consortium and was its inaugural chair. She was also a member of the California Climate-Related Risk Disclosure Advisory Group, the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and the Women’s Bond Club of New York.

Mary holds the Sustainability and Climate Risk certification, the Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) certification and the Program Management Professional (PMP) certification. Mary has also been recognized as part of Diversity Women’s Elite 100 Class of 2022. Most recently, Mary was appointed as a co-chair of the South Africa 2025 B20 Integrity and Compliance Taskforce. The B20 brings together representatives to be the business voice of the G20, advocating for policies that drive economic growth and development.

Executive Director, American LGBTQ+ Museum

Ben Garcia (he/him) has worked for 20 years to help museums become places of welcome and belonging for all people. He started as a gallery guide and educator, moved on to exhibition development, and then served in middle- and upper-management administrative roles, before joining the American LGBTQ+ Museum as Executive Director. He has presented and published regularly on creating structural equity in museums through transparency, accountability, fair labor practices, and by adding missing voices and perspectives.

Prior to joining the American LGBTQ+ Museum, Ben worked in various roles as an educator and administrator at the J. Paul Getty Museum, Skirball Cultural Center, and Hearst Museum of Anthropology. He then served as Deputy Director of the Museum of Us, and as Deputy Executive Director and Chief Learning Officer at the Ohio History Connection. He is versed in museum interpretation, operations, management, and fundraising. Ben led initiatives to return Indigenous ancestral human remains and belongings in San Diego and Ohio. He serves as a board member at Equality Ohio, working to get the Ohio Fairness Act passed.

Ben graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Boston with a B.A. in Art and from Bank Street College of Education with an M.S. Ed. In Museum Leadership. He has shared his life since 1999 with his husband, Scott Fabianek, a UX/UI Designer and comic book artist. Ben is the child of a journalist and visual artist. He has six siblings, thirteen nieces and nephews, and a great-niece and nephew (as well as many beloved in-laws). He is a proud fantasy and science fiction nerd.

Chloe Ryan

CEO and Founder, Acrylic Robotics

Chloë Ryan is an artist, robotics engineer and creative technologist. She’s the founder and CEO of Acrylic Robotics, a tech startup on a mission to widen access to the archaic $70B fine art market. At 21, she invented the world’s first robotic method to transform any image or digital illustration into a beautiful textured painting with real brushstrokes on canvas, at a speed and scale built for mass-production. Acrylic's technology is poised to disrupt the archaic art market currently built to serve the top 1% — they're bringing quality art to the general public all while allowing artists to reach new markets. Chloë’s robots have been on tour across three continents, including as part of Adobe’s “Future of Art” exhibit at Art Basel, the Canadian National Exhibition and AWS Startup’s Generative AI Lofts tour. She is the recipient of 20+ accolades for her contributions as a pioneer at the intersection of art x tech, and Acrylic has been named one of Canada's Top 10 Ventures to Watch (GRIT), Websummit’s Top 10 Ventures (International) and a recipient of the international ArtTech prize.

Executive Artistic Director, Repertorio Español

Rafael Sánchez is the Executive Artistic Director of Repertorio Español (Spanish Theatre Repertory Company Ltd.), one of the nation’s most established Latino theatre companies, renowned for presenting the finest works from Latin American, Spanish, and U.S. Hispanic playwrights. Under his leadership, Repertorio continues to thrive as a dynamic cultural institution, engaging New York City’s diverse audiences—including students, older adults, and Spanish-speaking communities of all backgrounds—through acclaimed productions and expansive educational programming.

Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, Sánchez holds a BA in Drama from the University of Kent at Canterbury (ESAD), a Master’s in Performing Arts from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and completed graduate coursework in Comparative Literature and Hispanic Studies at the University of Puerto Rico, where he lived and worked for over a decade. He has taught at the University of Puerto Rico, ICPR Junior College, and currently serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Hispanic Languages and Literature at Queens College (CUNY).

A multifaceted artist and arts leader, Sánchez has directed, acted in, and/or produced over 50 theatrical works across Spain, Puerto Rico, and the United States. He also directed La Llamada, the acclaimed musical by Javier Ambrossi and Javier Calvo—creators of Veneno and judges on Drag Race España.

He is the founder of Tantai Teatro, an award-winning company that has created impactful theatrical work in Puerto Rico since 2007. Notable productions include Wit by Margaret Edson, Hysteria by Terry Johnson, and Water by the Spoonful by Quiara Alegría Hudes—a production highlighted by the Los Angeles Times as a “Pick of the Week” during the 2014 Encuentro Festival in LA. In 2012, he created Construyendo a Verónica, a groundbreaking immersive piece developed with 18 artists that challenged traditional theatrical boundaries and left a lasting mark on Puerto Rico’s independent theatre scene.

Sánchez’s leadership development includes an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the Trust’s Leadership Fellows program and participation in CreateNYC: Leadership Accelerator (NYC Department of Cultural Affairs/CUNY School of Professional Studies). He has been mentored by leading figures in the field, including Ella Baff and Robert Federico.
