Mo Sparks leads the New York Stock Exchange’s strategic initiatives and related activities for asset managers engaged in the development of ETFs. Prior to joining the NYSE, he spent nearly a decade at The Vanguard Group working in several different roles within the Product Management & Strategy functions responsible for oversight of Vanguard’s global ETF and mutual fund lineup. Mo most recently served as the Head of Product Technology & Analytics where he was responsible for designing and leading a portfolio of initiatives focused on enhancing the product development, launch, and monitoring processes globally. Mo also served as a founding member of the leadership team for the Global Product Management function and was the Head of Product Management Shared Services where he engaged in go to market strategy development, product development and sales distribution efforts for the global ETF business. Mo received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University.

Ryan Szakacs is a Managing Director and Head of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s ETF Capital Markets group. He is responsible for managing the group’s broker dealer and exchange relationships, overseeing all trading activity across its suite of products, implementing structural efficiencies across the platform, and delivering market insights and trading guidance to J.P. Morgan’s clients.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Szakacs led client coverage for BlackRock’s ETF Capital Markets team and was also a portfolio manager and trader on their Equity Index and iShares ETF platforms. Before joining BlackRock, he spent several years at both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission focused on ‘40 act regulation and Goldman Sachs in their Hedge Fund Strategies group.

Mr. Szakacs earned his MBA degree from Duke University and holds the Series 7, 63, 55, and 3 licenses. He is a Board member of The Security Traders Association of New York (STANY), Head of SIFMA’s AMG ETF committee, and a member of both ICI’s and J.P. Morgan’s Equity Market Structure committee.

Frank Koudelka is the Senior Vice President and Global ETF Product Specialist for State Street. State Street is a market leader servicing approximately 47% of global ETF assets. In this role, Frank establishes the strategic direction for ETF servicing, assists with the on-boarding of new clients and drives the product and technology strategy as it relates to ETFs. Previous to this role Frank led the Institutional Transfer Agency business unit. Frank has been with State Street for over 22 years, joining the firm as a part of the IBT acquisition. He has 38 years of experience in the financial services industry. While at Investors Bank and Trust, Frank was responsible for the Transfer Agent teams in Europe and the US. Additionally, Frank ran the Institutional Custody / Wealth Management group; providing back office services to banks, endowments, foundations and registered investment advisors.

Prior to joining Investors Bank and Trust, Frank held diverse roles at PaineWebber, the National Securities Clearing Corporation, First Data and PFPC. This included operations management, product development and marketing. He attended St. John’s University in New York reaching a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves.

Cinthia Murphy is the Head of Research for the ETF Think Tank, a Tidal company. She is a financial journalist specializing in ETFs and investing. Her previous experience includes more than a decade at ETF.com, serving as managing editor, writer and head of digital media for the platform over the years. Cinthia has also worked at Dow Jones and former BridgeNews, covering commodity futures markets in Chicago and Brazil equities in Sao Paulo.
