Lynn Martin is President of NYSE Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE). NYSE Group includes the New York Stock Exchange, the world’s largest stock market and premier venue for capital raising, as well as four fully electronic equity markets and two options exchanges.

Martin is also Chair of Fixed Income & Data Services at ICE, which includes ICE Bonds execution venues, securities pricing and analytics, reference data, indices, desktop solutions, consolidated feeds and connectivity services that cover all major asset classes. Most recently, she was President of Fixed Income & Data Services and earlier served as President of ICE Data Services, COO of ICE Clear U.S., and in a number of leadership roles including CEO of NYSE Liffe U.S. and CEO of New York Portfolio Clearing. Martin began her career at IBM in its Global Services organization.

Martin holds a BS in Computer Science from Manhattan College and an MA in Statistics from Columbia University. She serves on the Manhattan College Board of Trustees as well as the Advisory Board of the School of Science and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society.

Morgan Brennan is co-anchor of CNBC’s “Closing Bell: Overtime” (M-F, 4PM-5PM ET), which broadcasts live from CNBC’s global headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. The Honorable Lori Garver was the Deputy Administrator of NASA and leader of the Agency’s transition team for President-elect Obama from 2008 - 2013. Garver has since served as the General Manager of the Air Line Pilots Association and CEO of Earthrise Alliance - a philanthropic initiative established to fully utilize Earth science data to ad-dress climate change. Her memoir, Escaping Gravity, My Quest to Transform NASA and Launch a New Space Age was published in 2022.

Richard DalBello is currently the Director of the Office of Space Commerce. In this role he is responsible for managing the Department’s efforts to establish a space traffic control system to ensure safe space operations for commercial and international civil space ventures. In addition, Richard is responsible for the regulation of the US commercial remote sensing industry and for general advocacy, across the government, for commercial space industry interests.

Prior to joining the Department of Commerce, Richard was Virgin Galactic’s Vice President of Global Engagement. In this role, Richard was responsible for international business development for the company’s unique fleet of carrier aircraft and space vehicles. Prior to joining Virgin, Richard served as Director, Space and Aeronautics, in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. In this role, he served as the principal advisor on space and aeronautics matters to the Science Advisor to the President. In this position, Richard played a key role in the development and implementation of the Administration’s domestic and international space policy and program priorities.

Prior to joining OSTP, Richard served as the Vice President of Government Affairs for Intelsat General. He served previously as president of the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association, and for more than three years as the president of the Satellite Industry Association.

John has over a decade of experience investing in and leading national security-oriented technology companies. John is presently the CEO of HawkEye 360, the leading developer of space-based radio frequency (RF) collection, mapping, and analytic capabilities. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Allied Minds where he led the formation, financing, and management of HawkEye 360, along with other Allied Minds companies such as BridgeSat, Federated Wireless, and Percipient Networks (WatchGuard acquired). A former Airborne Ranger-qualified U.S. Army infantry officer, John is a graduate of the US Military Academy, Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Matt joined DCVC in 2020 as an Operating Partner. He is Chairman of Capella Space. He focuses on companies in the Defense, Intelligence and Space sectors. Bill is a multi-time Chief Executive Officer who has spent the entirety of his career leading people and companies in high growth technology environments for both private and publicly trade organization. Were he successfully led the company through a 3-year transformation, focusing on consistent growth and operational discipline - culminating in the merger of KeyW with Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: J) in 2019.

He grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and began his career serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army, is an Airborne Ranger and was awarded the Bronze Star for actions during Operation Desert Storm. Peter Martinez is the Executive Director of the Secure World Foundation. He has extensive experience in multilateral space diplomacy, space policy formulation and space regulation. Prior to joining SWF, he served as the head of the national space regulatory authority in South Africa and chaired a multi-year process in the United Nations that negotiated a set of international consensus guidelines to promote the safety and sustainability of space operations. He has participated in several other international fora and processes, both within and outside of the UN context, dealing with the governance, security, and sustainability of space activities.

An international photographer and creative strategist, Max Alexander specialises in science communication through visual storytelling. He works for a large number of prestigious organisations around the world including the UK Space Agency, European Space Agency, European Southern Observatory, UK research councils, book publishers and magazines. He has photographed Nobel Prize winners, astronauts and world leaders. Max has had two science-led exhibitions at the Royal Albert Hall in London: Explorers of the Universe and Illuminating Atoms.
