Why is my firm being billed access fee(s)?

Access fees apply to firms that receive datafeeds. If your firm has additional questions regarding access fees charged to your account, please contact your firm's NYSE Account Manager for further assistance.

Why is my firm being billed redistribution fee(s)?

If your firm is redistributing data externally (to non-employees) you will be charged redistribution fee(s) when applicable.

Why is my firm being billed additional datafeed fee(s)?

Access fees cover your firm's first two datafeed locations for real-time market data products. Any additional datafeed location will be charged the additional datafeed access fee per product.
