Verifying and Using RealTick®
To verify your RealTick connection, users can check the right-hand corner of their RealTick screen after signing on to the system. There will be three green indicator lights displaying a live connection to Price, News and Order servers. A red indicator means that there is a problem with the connection.
Once connectivity has been established, NYSE Arca provides support and training for the RealTick interface. Contact your sales representative to arrange for on-site training. The knowledgeable and experienced members of the NYSE Arca Trade Support Desk are available from 8 a.m. ET to 8 p.m. ET to answer any questions.
