RealTick - User Agreements

If you are a new to NYSE Arca and would like to use RealTick, you need to complete various client documents. Please select the type of trading you are interested in from the list below:

• Trade OTC and Listed Symbols
• Trade Bulletin Board Symbols

If you are an Existing RealTick user you can also add Data or Services to your Realtick account (see below).

Once you have signed and returned the required documents the next step is to establish connectivity to NYSE Arca. We suggest visiting the Networking Options section of our web site to get an idea of what options are available to you.

Equities Trading Permit Holder on NYSE Arca
If you are an existing ETP Holder on NYSE Arca you will need to fill out the following paperwork to use Realtick as your front end OMS:

	Section 12 of the ETP application (pdf)
	Townsend Analytics License Agreement (pdf) (for RealTick users only)
	NYSE® Agreement for Receipt of Consolidated Network A Data and NYSE Market Data (pdf) (RealTick users only)
	AMEX Agreement for Receipt of Consolidated Network B Data and AMEX Market Data  (pdf) (RealTick users only)
	Nasdaq Standalone Agreement (pdf) (RealTick users only)

BB symbols on ArcaEdge
If you are currently a client of ArcaEdge you will need to fill out the following paperwork to use RealTick as your front end OMS:

Add Data or Services to your existing RealTick Account
