Ordering a Connection to NYSE Arca
There are a few different options for connecting to NYSE Arca. We recommend that you first go to our Networking Options so that you can get an idea of what options you have and which way would be best for your firm.
NYSE Arca Dedicated Line
If you have chosen to receive an NYSE Arca Dedicated Line you should contact the provisioning group to get a quote and get the Schedule A that is required to order the line. They can be reached by e-mail at provisioning@nyx.com and by phone at 888-689-7739 #3.
Extranet Provider
If you have chosen to connect to us through an Extranet Provider then you will want to call the Extranet provider that you want to discuss connection costs and any requirements. If you need a contact at one of our Extranet Providers, we’d be happy to provide one — just e-mail us at provisioning@nyx.com or phone us at 888-689-7739 #3.
Service Bureaus
Fix clients also have the option of using one of the many Service Bureaus that have connections into NYSE Arca. You will want to contact the Service Bureau to discuss costs and connectivity with them. Realtick client
If you are a Realtick client, you also have the choice of coming in over an Internet connection. If this is your choice then you will want to go to the establishing connectivity to determine your next steps.

Receiving the ArcaBook
In order to receive the Arcabook you first need to print and fill out the following agreements :

Once we receive back the agreements you’ll need to download the specifications on our ArcaBook and contact us to set up a test session. Be sure to mention that you returned your ArcaBook agreements because we need these to set up your test session. While you are signing the agreements you’ll need to discuss with provisioning how you are planning on connecting to NYSE Arca to receive the ArcaBook.
