The Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure® (SFTI®) provides a single point of connectivity with lowest-latency access to multiple markets. It is designed to be the industry’s most secure and resilient network, specifically built for electronic trading and market data traffic. SFTI® reduces the cost and risk associated with connecting and managing multiple third-party networks and gives firms the ability to re-use their existing connectivity for additional market access rather than investing in point-to-point telecommunications. SFTI® enables firms to reduce their time-to-market, improve their performance and significantly lower the cost of their trading infrastructure.
Through SFTI, you can access a range of global execution venues, liquidity pools, market data vendors, clearing applications and other financial service providers. The high-performance network backbone connects over 1,300 participants to a range of third party exchanges and markets across the U.S. and Europe, and is the defacto method of accessing all NYSE Euronext markets.

SFTI is engineered for high performance, security, and resiliency. All connections, equipment, power supplies and network links are redundant. The architecture features independent, self-healing fiber-optic rings which enable financial data traffic to move uninterrupted along another pathway if one path is compromised.
Tightly integrated with SFTI’s architecture is an ever-expanding suite of application services that provide intelligent capabilities for managing trades and information. These range from in-network message format translation to order routing to compliance/risk filtering to transaction quality reporting. SFTI reduces the cost and risk associated with connecting and managing multiple third-party networks and technologies.
