As a follow-up to the earlier notification regarding incorrect application of dividends for certain NYSE and NYSE Amex symbols for today's trading session, GTC orders entered before today still in NYSE systems will not be reprocessed to avoid doubly applying dividends for tomorrow, November 12, 2009. Only new Buy Limit and Sell Stop GTC orders entered today without Do Not Reduce instructions will be processed this evening to have dividends applied normally in preparation for trading on November 12 for the following symbols.

NYSE CEE Review has determined to correct the closing trade in Dynex Capital (NYSE: DX). Today's closing trade of 9,300 shares priced at $9.11 at 4:02:48 p.m. ET will be canceled. The closing trade will be corrected to 2,500 shares at a price of $8.36.

Reports for sell limit orders priced from $8.37 through $9.11 have been busted and these orders have been canceled.
