Regulation SHO Pilot Lists
Notice:
On July 6, 2007, the SEC eliminated the tick test for short sales, thus discontinuing the need for a Pilot List of securities. However, in order to provide the industry with more time to build systems to facilitate the elimination of the price test, NYSE Regulation agreed to continue to publish a daily, downloadable file of all NYSE-listed securities labeled "Pilot List A" until at least October 15, 2007.
Friday, February 29, 2008 was the final day the Pilot A securities list was published.
