NYSE Arca Listing Standards

NYSE Regulation publishes a list of issuers that are noncompliant with NYSE Arca quantitative and corporate governance listing standards (collectively, "BC") and disseminates a BC indicator over the consolidated tape for such issuers. Issuers may continue to trade on the NYSE Arca while noncompliant with such standards, subject to the procedures in the NYSE Arca Equities Rules.

A noncompliant issuer is added to the list five business days after the NYSE Arca notifies the issuer of the deficiency and remains on the list until NYSE Regulation staff has determined that the issuer is in good standing.
