The Corporate Governance Listing Standards set out in Section 303A of the NYSE Listed Company Manual were initially approved by the SEC on November 4, 2003. On November 3, 2004, the SEC approved SR-NYSE-2004-41, which proposed cleanup and other amendments to Section 303A.
