NYSE Regulation’s Arbitration Department (NYSE) has combined with NASD Dispute Resolution (NASD DR) as part of a new entity, FINRA.
As a result, potential arbitrator candidates may apply to become a FINRA arbitrator by following the procedures outlined on FINRA's website (www.finra.org ).
Current NYSE arbitrators who are not arbitrators for the NASD should contact Wai Lam at (212) 858-4106 to learn about becoming an arbitrator for FINRA.
NYSE arbitrators may continue to update their biographical information via the secure Arbitrator/Mediator Profile Portal.
