Enforcement prosecutes disciplinary actions against ETP and OTP holders and associated persons for violations of exchange rules and provisions of the federal securities laws. Enforcement represents NYSE Arca on appeals of final exchange actions. Enforcement also coordinates with Surveillance in the investigation process. Enforcement is provided by the enforcement staff of either NYSE Regulation, Inc. or FINRA.
