On April 5, 2006, NYSE Regulation, Inc. announced members of its first board of directors, a central element of the corporate structure that extends the separation between NYSE Regulation, Inc. and NYSE Euronext’s business activities, while maintaining close proximity to the markets and member organization that are subject to NYSE Regulation’s oversight.
