In view of the unusual market activity this morning in the following security, the Exchange is re-confirming its previously announced distribution, ratio and ex-distribution date of Telecomunicacoes Brasileiras S.A.-Telebras (NYSE:  TBH). 

As previously announced, the NYSE was advised that BNY Mellon distributed on November 23, 2009:

*  0.3032056 of a American Depositary Share (Each representing three Preferred Shares) (Symbol "BTM") of Brasil Telecom , S.A. for each (1) share of Telebras HOLDRS held.

            -  AND -

*  0.1720066 of a (New) American Depositary Share (Each representing One Common Share) (CUSIP 10553M 20 0) (Symbol "BTM.C") of  Brasil Telecom , S.A. for each (1) share of Telebras HOLDRS held.

"TBH" was quoted "ex-distribution" today, November 24, 2009. 

As a result, TBH is now comprised of two constituents:  TIM Participacoes S.A. (NYSE: TSU), 10 shares per 100 round lot of TBH and VIVO Participacoes S.A. (NYSE:  VIV), 10 shares per 100 round lot of TBH.
