Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC Lists PowerShares Build America Bond Portfolio ETF on NYSE Arca
NEW YORK , November 17, 2009 –- NYSE Euronext (NYX) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NYSE Arca, today began trading the PowerShares Build America Bond Portfolio (Ticker: BAB). The ETF is sponsored by Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before fees and expenses) of The Merrill Lynch Build America Bond Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is designed to track the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated investment grade taxable municipal debt publicly issued under the Build America Bond program by U.S. states and territories, and their political subdivisions, in the U.S. domestic market.
