Aviva Rings NYSE Opening Bell to Celebrate NYSE Listing

World’s Fifth-Largest Insurer Joins NYSE as 26th NYSE-Listed Company from U.K.
NEW YORK , October 20, 2009 –Aviva Plc led by its Group Chief Executive Andrew Moss visited the New York Stock Exchange today to celebrate the company’s listing and first day of trading on the NYSE.
U.K.-based Avica Plc commenced trading today, October 20, on the NYSE with level II American Depository Receipts (ADRs) under the ticker symbol “AV”.
