NYSE Announces Late Filing in Lehman ABS Corporation and Select Asset Inc. Securities

NEW YORK, April 29, 2009 – NYSE Regulation, Inc. (“NYSE Regulation”) announced today that Lehman ABS Corporation and Select Asset Inc. (“the Depositors”) are late on their respective annual reports on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008 (collectively, the “2008 10-Ks”) in respect of certain asset-backed securities.  The Depositors are late on their filing due to extenuating circumstances surrounding the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. in September 2008. The Depositors hope to file their respective 2008 10-Ks for the securities referred to below as soon as practicable.
