InterOil Corporation Celebrates NYSE listing
NEW YORK, March 31, 2009 – InterOil Corporation, today opened for trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), after moving its listing from NYSE Amex, a U.S. equities market of NYSE Euronext (NYX).  The company’s stock will continue to trade under its current ticker symbol “IOC”.  
 
InterOil Corporation, with operations in Papua New Guinea, is the first Asia Pacific company to move its listing from NYSE Amex to the NYSE since NYSE Euronext’s acquisition of the former American Stock Exchange.
