New York Stock Exchange to Suspend Trading of the Common Stock of American Land Lease, Inc.


New York, February 18, 2009 -- The New York Stock Exchange announced that trading in the Common Stock of American Land Lease, Inc. – ticker symbol ANL – will be suspended as of today, February 18, 2009.

The NYSE said it normally considers suspending the security of a company when the number of outstanding shares is less than 600,000. As a result of the completion of the Offer by GCP Sunshine Acquisition, Inc., a subsidiary of GCP REIT II to purchase all of the outstanding Common Stock of American Land Lease, Inc. less than 600,000 Common Stock remain publicly held.

The NYSE noted that it may, at any time, suspend a security if it believes that continued dealings in the security on the NYSE are not advisable.
