PowerShares to Transfer Two NYSE-Listed ETFs to NYSE Arca
Chicago, IL – Dec. 18, 2007 – PowerShares Capital Management LLC, a leading provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext:NYX) announced today that the PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust will transfer two NYSE-Listed ETF portfolios—PowerShares FTSE™ RAFI US 1000 (symbol: PRF) and PowerShares DWA Technical Leaders (symbol: PDP)—to the NYSE Arca listing and trading platform.

The ETFs will begin trading on NYSE Arca effective prior to the opening on  December 31, 2007 .
