Eight IPOs Join NYSE on June 28 and June 29, Raising $3.75 Billion in Proceeds
NEW YORK, June 29, 2005 – Today, four initial public offerings joined the roster of New York Stock Exchange listed companies, raising $1.45 billion in proceeds. Combined with yesterday’s four IPOs at the NYSE, which raised a total of $2.3 billion, eight new NYSE companies raised a total of  $3.75 billion in proceeds in two days.

Today, the common shares of the NeuStar Inc., headquartered in Sterling, Va., began trading on under the ticker symbol NSR .  NeuStar, a telecommunications services provider, raised $605 million at the NYSE.
  
The common shares of the DSW, Inc., headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, began trading on the NYSE today under the ticker symbol DSW .  DSW, is a footwear retailer, raised $267 million.
The common shares of Deerfield Triarc Capital Corp. based in Chicago, Ill., which invests in real estate related securities, today began trading under the ticker symbol DFR . The company raised $400 million in its initial public offering.

The common shares of the Columbia Equity Trust, Inc., a real-estate company headquartered in Washington, DC, began trading under the ticker symbol COE .  Columbia Equity Trust Inc. raised $180 million.
