TreeHouse Foods, Inc. Joins the NYSE in the Week Ended June 17

NEW YORK, June 17, 2005– In the week ended June 17, one new listing joined the roster of New York Stock Exchange-listed companies. The common shares of theTreeHouse Foods, Inc. headquartered in Downers Grove, Ill., began trading on the NYSE on June 16 on a when-issued basis under the ticker symbol THS.WI. TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is a food manufacturer servicing primarily the retail grocery and food service channels. The company joined the Exchange as a spin-off.
