The Company offers a range of devices to access its services, such as handsets, the Vodafone Mobile Connect card with third generation broadband and the Vodafone Mobile Connect USB modem. In August 2008, Verizon Communications, Inc. announced that Verizon Wireless, a joint venture of the Company and Vodafone, had completed its purchase of Rural Cellular Corporation.
