On May 14, 2010, it acquired Brink's Home Security Holdings, Inc. (BHS). In June 2011, Tyco acquired 75% interest in United Arab Emirates-based KEF Holdings Ltd. In September 2011, it acquired Chemguard, Inc. In December 2011, the Company acquired Visonic Ltd. |
