In December 2007, Continental AG completed the purchase of Siemens's Siemens VDO Automotive AG. In July 2008, Siemens AG's Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. completed the acquisition of MAC Systems, Inc. In October 2008, Arques Industries AG announced that it has completed the purchase of an 80.2% equity interest in Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices GmbH & Co. KG (SHC) from Siemens AG. |
