During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company completed the sale of Raytheon Aircraft Company (Raytheon Aircraft) and Flight Options LLC (Flight Options), two former operating commercial aviation businesses. In October 2007, the Company acquired Oakley Networks, Inc., a privately held technology company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, which provides cyber security and data leakage prevention systems.
