| Rogers Communications Inc. (Rogers) is a diversified public Canadian holding company. The Company operates in three segments: Wireless, Cable and Media. Wireless consists of its wireless communications operations, including Rogers Wireless Partnership (RWP) and Fido Solutions Inc. (Fido). Cable consists of its wholly owned cable subsidiaries, including Rogers Cable Communications Inc. (RCCI). Cable consists of the segments, which include Cable Operations, Rogers Business Solutions and Rogers Retail. In February 2008, it announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Aurora Cable TV Limited (Aurora Cable). In July 2007, it completed the intracompany amalgamation of Rogers Communications and its wholly owned subsidiaries Rogers Cable Inc. and Rogers Wireless Inc. |
