Its portfolio of properties consists of 11 office properties containing an aggregate of 4.6 million net rentable square feet and one industrial property containing an aggregate of 0.1 million net rentable square feet. All of its properties are located in the Chicago metropolitan area in prime business locations within established business communities. In addition, the Company owns 6.3 acres of developable land and has the rights to acquire an additional 1.3 acres.
