During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company operated in two segments: News Media Group and the About Group. In May 2007, the Company closed the sale of its Broadcast Media Group to Oak Hill Capital Partners. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 (fiscal 2007), the Company also acquired UCompareHealthCare.com, a site that provides consumers with access to quality ratings and related information on hospitals, nursing homes and doctors and ConsumerSearch.com, an online aggregator and publisher of reviews of consumer products. |
