KeyCorp is the parent holding company for KeyBank National Association (KeyBank), its principal subsidiary, through which its banking services are provided. KeyCorp provides a range of retail and commercial banking, commercial leasing, investment management, consumer finance and investment banking products and services to individual, corporate and institutional clients through two business groups: Community Banking and National Banking. As of December 31, 2007, these services were provided across the country through KeyBank's 955 full-service retail banking branches in 13 states, a telephone banking call center services group and 1,443 automated teller machines (ATMs) in 15 states. On January 2008, KeyBank acquired U.S.B. Holding Co., Inc., the holding company for Union State Bank. On October 1, 2007, the Company acquired Tuition Management Systems, Inc. |
