| Graphic Packaging Holding Company, formerly Graphic Packaging Corporation, is a provider of paperboard packaging solutions for a variety of products to multinational food, beverage and other consumer products companies. The Company provides its customers paperboard, cartons and packaging machines, either as an integrated solution or separately. It manufactures its packaging products from coated unbleached kraft paperboard (CUK board) and coated recycled paperboard (CRB) that it produces at its mills, and a portion from paperboard purchased from external sources. The Company operates in four geographic areas: the United States/ North America, Central/South America, Europe and Asia Pacific. It conducts its business in two segments, paperboard packaging and containerboard/other. On March 10, 2008, Graphic Packaging Corporation and Altivity Packaging, LLC completed their business combination. As a result, Graphic Packaging Corporation changed its name to Graphic Packaging Holding Company. |
