| FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (FelCor) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). FelCor is the sole general partner of, and the owner of a greater than 99% partnership interest in, FelCor Lodging Limited Partnership (FelCor LP) through which it held ownership interests in 76 hotels with 21,749 rooms, as of December 31, 2011. Of the 76 hotels in which it had an ownership interest, it owned a 100% interest in 58 hotels, a 90% interest in entities owning three hotels, an 82% interest in an entity owning one hotel, a 60% interest in an entity owning one hotel and 50% interests in entities owning 13 hotels. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's portfolio consisted primarily of upper-upscale hotels and resorts located in more than 30 markets. Brands include Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, Fairmont, Hilton, Marriott, Renaissance, Sheraton, and Westin. In August 2012, the Company sold the 222-room Embassy Suites-Anaheim-North to Urban Commons, LLC. |
