In September 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of two magazines for the aircraft industry. The Company acquired the Commercial Aviation Report and the Commercial Aviation Value Report. Both publications are no longer in print but are available digitally. The Company completed the sale of its Harcourt Education division by December 31, 2007.
