The Company's services and products are used for a range of applications, including oil and gas production, high-pressure injection and enhanced oil recovery, gas transmission, refinery processes, natural gas processing and petrochemical production. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company operated in two segments: new units, and aftermarket parts and services. In 2007, approximately 92% of its combined revenues were generated from oil and gas infrastructure spending. In August 2008, Dresser-Rand Group Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Dresser-Rand Services, LLC, has completed the acquisition of Arrow Industries, Inc. |
