Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (CCHBC) is engaged in producing, selling and distributing non-alcoholic beverages consisting of the products of The Coca-Cola Company. It operates in 28 countries. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, it sold approximately 1.9 billion unit cases. Its products include carbonated soft drinks (CSDs) and non-CSDs, including juices, waters, sports and energy drinks and other ready-to-drink beverages, such as teas and coffees. It offers its products in a range of flavors and package combinations. In 2007, CSDs accounted for 67% and non-CSDs accounted for 33% of the Company's sales volume. In September 2007, the Company acquired Aquavision, a production facility in Russia. The plant, located in close proximity to Moscow, has four production lines, warehousing facilities and office space. Effective March 28, 2008, it sold the Lanitis juice trademarks to The Coca-Cola Company. In December 2008, the Company acquired a 100% stake in Socib S.p.A.
