NYSE Direct+® NYSE’s automatic execution service for executing orders at the best bid or offer. Direct+ was restricted to straight limit orders of up to 1,099 shares and subject to a 30-second rule for repeat executions for accounts belonging to the same beneficial owners. These restrictions were eliminated in the Hybrid Market, and marketable DOT limit orders and market orders are automatically executed by default using Direct+ logic.
