On Thursday, May 17 NYSE Euronext will launch the NYSE Century Club and affiliated NYSE Century Index, which recognizes companies that have realized success and contributed to economic and social progress for more than 100 years. In conjunction with the launch, CEOs from representative companies will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to participate in an inaugural forum on innovation and transformation, which marks the 220th anniversary of the founding of the Exchange.|
In honor of the occasion, Kevin Burke, CEO of Consolidated Edison (NYSE: ED); Alan D. Wilson, CEO of McCormick and Company Inc. (NYSE: MKC); John Gibson, CEO of ONEOK Inc. (NYSE: OKE); Ralph Izzo, CEO of Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE:PEG); Richard K. Smucker, CEO of The J.M. Smucker Company (NYSE: SJM) and Scott Davis, CEO of UPS (NYSE: UPS) will ring The Closing BellSM.
