Banco Bradesco Visits the NYSE


Banco Bradesco S.A. (NYSE-Listed BBD), a leading bank in Brazil, visits the NYSE to highlight the company’s listing of its new ADRs representing ordinary shares. In honor of the occasion, Vice-Chairman Antonio Bornia rings The Opening BellSM.

Bradesco is launching ADRs backed by common shares in an effort to expand the alternatives of access for investors abroad. The program will be implemented in the U.S. market beginning March 13th with the following characteristics -- Sponsor: Banco Bradesco S.A.; Program Level: II; Depositary Institution: The Bank of New York Mellon; Custodian Institution: Banco Bradesco S.A.; Ratio of Shares and ADRs: 1 Common Share per 1 ADR and ticker: BBDO.
